I have Tourette's Syndrome and didn't get diagnosed until December 2005. I hope that people will become more educated about it, so I try to be open about having TS to help with this. I've made some efforts like giving a speech (for a speech class) about having TS and shared a video of me ticcing, and I try to acknowledge my TS when it's conversationally relevant, like if people ask me if I "have a cold" or "allergies" because of my sniffling. Let me know if you've got questions and I'll try to answer them in my unprofessional, personal opinion.
TS is related to obsessive-compulsive behavior (particularly wanting things "right," symmetrical, in a particular order, and so on). It's also related to low impulse control, so when you bring those two together, it means I sometimes spend hours on repetitive, detail-oriented tasks with no real purpose. I want to get them "right." I don't mean to, but darnit, once I get started... Makes me great at polishing stuff off, though. Fear me, wikis and charts and other things, for I will edit you. :B In many cases, I just have to abandon self-assigned projects because I run out of energy, not because they're "right" yet.
While I've made all my icons myself, I did not create the photographs or artwork used in them. I tweaked the heck out all of them, though. The footage for the Ralf Schumacher icon comes from a video my dad made at a practice session for the USGP 2005. I cringe at my failure to properly record the names of texture creators so I can credit them where used, but I will try to correct this when I can. Hey, I want it "right."
